3,000th E-Med Milestone!!

by | Misc

Today marks our 3,000th E-Med(itation). It all began with the first posting, Of Segways and Cliffs (October 10, 2010). Our goal has been to encourage Christians in the daily reading and understanding of the Bible.

Rejoice with my editors and me by leaving a comment on the website or contact us here to leave a message; tell us how E-Meds have been helpful to you. Join in celebrating praise to the “Author and Perfecter of faith” (Heb. 12:2).

Interesting Fact: Did you know that King Solomon “spoke 3,000 proverbs!” (1 Kings 4:32). That’s a good number!

Check out all our past and current E-Med series, where you can follow an individual E-Med series of your choice and keep bookmarks to track your progress. Click here.

We pray the Lord will continue using E-Meds for His glory and the blessing of His people.

In the Name of Jesus, the living Word of God

Pure Praise – Psalm 150

1Praise the Lord … 6Let everything that has breath praise the Lord. Praise the Lord. This psalm concludes the inspired biblical collection of one hundred and fifty psalms (also called poems, songs, or chapters). The six verses of Psalm 150 are saturated with thirteen...

Priesthood for “Average” Believers

If you are a believer in Jesus Christ, redeemed by the blood of the Lamb, then you are a believer-priest. That’s amazing! What?? Let me explain. In the New Testament (NT), there is no special clergy class that is holier than the rest of us, a cut above the rank and...

Superlative Praise – Psalm 149

1Praise the Lord! Sing to the Lord a new song, and His praise in the congregation of the godly ones. Superlative praise, extolling God ‘to the max,’ is the theme of this psalm. There is nothing meager about this kind of praise. It is the antidote to an old and tired...
