For those who are older, we grew up with Mad Magazine, one of the original satirical publications in cartoon form. My favorite part was the last page which had a fold-over design. The page contained a picture or drawing of sorts, with words and paragraphs overlayed related to the image. But, when you folded it over as directed, the two side panels of the picture came together to form a completely different view, and the words lined up to say something related to the new image.
Well, a friend of mine, graphic artist Ron Brancato, and I devised a similar graphic to illustrate a truth from the book of Daniel, chapter 9. This has to do with the prophecy about the end times, talking about the 70 “weeks” of years, that is, 490 years. The last seven years are called the Great Tribulation, but there is an apparent hiatus or pause in the prophetic calendar before that final period begins.
Of course, the study of prophecy is quite involved, and there are differing opinions on interpreting teaching about future events.
